“Overall, this place was great. Rosabeth, was always in contact with us and quick to respond. It was really nice to have a separate parking area from the snow summit parking. Only issue is low shower pressure, but that wouldn’t stop me from returning. Rosabeth was awesome.”

“The design of this 3 bedroom condo is a little quirky, but it worked great for my family of four and our son-in-law.We all had plenty of space, with the studio apartment accessed through the garage.The shops and restaurants of Big Bear Village are an easy walk from the property, and skiing is an easy drive through town. We would definitely stay here again.”

“I was gonna stay for 5 days ,however, I loved this place, clean, well put together and an awesome place, so I ended up renting it for two weeks. I really recommend this condo”

“The condo is nice with a beautiful view of the lake. It is in walking distance of the village. A little too pricey. One big problem, the boat docks are not maintained very well, the lake weeds will wrap around your prop every time. not good.”

“We had a wonderful stay. The location was awesome. It was so convenient to be able to hop on Park Run from the patio. We also enjoyed the pickleball courts and hot tub. We will definitely be back. ”

“Absolutely loved everything about this unit. The cutest and most thought out decor with regard to the mountain lodge vibe. It’s probably the most charming place Ive ever stayed in. Perfectly located at the base of Summit Mountain, literally a few minute walk to the lifts. ”

“There’s plenty of paces to sleep. But 4 of the beds are twins, so I would not recommend those beds for adult males. The master has a king bed, and there is also a pullout upstairs. The kitchen desperately needs new pots and pans. Most of them I wouldn’t trust to cook in. The location is great.”

“We found this within 2wks of our trip to Big Bear. We were planning to do Spartan Races at Snow Summit and this was really close. Worked out perfect, as we were able to walk out the front door of the unit and walk about .25mile to the venue. No need to deal with parking or anything and the unit came with (2) parking places. Not a high-end place, but worked for our needs and certainly was worth the money. Would definitely stay here again!”

“Over all a nice and clean property. Didn't spend much time in the condo as we we're tearing up the DH at Big Bear. Would stay there again.”

“The condo was nice and what I had expected. After being out for the day (7/5) my kids and I wanted to use the clubhouse Jacuzzi and amenities. There was supposed to be a FOB for entry but it was not in the kitchen binder as stated. I text the management and they never responded. I text them again an hour later and they respond that if it was not in the red binder they would have to reach out to the HOA to get a key. I asked when that would be and how do I get in now and never received any……
