“The electricity was not on when we got there There weren't enough bath and hand towels, we booked for 7 people and got 3 bath towels and 2 hand towels. There was a patio but no patio furniture. No Garage codes we had to walk around the building to enter and leave . It wasn't as clean as I thought it would be and we never did get the television to work. On the plus side it had ample room for 4 adults and 3 preteen boys. There weren't enough hangers though so I'd bring some or buy some cheap ones……

“Liam was great in communicating with us both before and during our stay! The place is lovely and just a short walk to cute shops and restaurants in Old Yucaipa. It was perfect for our trip to see family!”

“I, my partner, and my friend, his wife and child enjoyed staying at this condo over the 4th of July. There was plenty of space for the 5 of us and it was easy to break up our two groups between the upstairs and downstairs bedrooms. Location was convenient and we enjoyed Big Bear's 4th of July fireworks from the neighborhood's green space/dock. Condo is a quick 5-10 minute drive to the main village and an easy drive to other points of interest. Parking was pretty easy.Two main downsides to this……

“The location was perfect. Right at the bottom of the lift. We stayed here for a summer mountain biking trip. The house was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. ”

“This was our third annual trip to Big Bear Lake and this was our favorite spot. The location is incredibly central with a short walk to the marina, the village and of course, Tropicali (no trip is complete without). In 5 days, the only time we got in the car was to go to the Alpine Coaster. The view of the lake is wonderful, parking is easy and the condo is very clean and well laid-out. The TV was a great size and pretty new also. We used the grill every night and ate dinner on the deck. ”
