“Soooo we arrived on day 1 to find the cabin hadn't been cleaned after the last occupants. Mildew towels on the carpet, etc. After a series of calls, the cleaning crew came in the evening. Soooo on day 2 we returned from a fun day of activities to find a very nice young family had moved in and were occupying the cabin. Yes, double-booked. After another series of calls and texts, they were relocated. Sooo on day 3 we were told the cabin owner was stopping by to get his boat key while we were out……

“Liam was great in communicating with us both before and during our stay! The place is lovely and just a short walk to cute shops and restaurants in Old Yucaipa. It was perfect for our trip to see family!”

“I, my partner, and my friend, his wife and child enjoyed staying at this condo over the 4th of July. There was plenty of space for the 5 of us and it was easy to break up our two groups between the upstairs and downstairs bedrooms. Location was convenient and we enjoyed Big Bear's 4th of July fireworks from the neighborhood's green space/dock. Condo is a quick 5-10 minute drive to the main village and an easy drive to other points of interest. Parking was pretty easy.Two main downsides to this……

“Great property for family trip with teens/adult kids. Mom and dad escaped to the private downstairs studio while the kids got the 3rd floor and we all hung together on the 2nd floor main living space. Well stocked amenities and it’s right on the water with an easy walk to the village for restaurants and shopping. Only complaint is the downstairs bed is pretty lumpy and probably ready for an update. Would definitely stay here again ”

“We had a great stay at Barefoot By the Bay. The cabin was roomy and comfortable and super close to everything we wanted to do it Big Bear. The only complaint was that parking seemed a bit unorganized, our neighbors seemed to have many cars and took our spots that were designated to us.”
