“Stay was wonderful, there was a hiccup with one of the appliances but it was quickly coordinated and resolved the next day. Very family friendly, quiet neighbors, stone throw away from Big Bear village and not to mention the lake access was so convenient. Communication with the property manager was quick and easy. That communication with the company is a very big deal for me. Knowing that I can reach the manager and have issues resolved right away is a big indicator of how this company works.……

“The condo is nice with a beautiful view of the lake. It is in walking distance of the village. A little too pricey. One big problem, the boat docks are not maintained very well, the lake weeds will wrap around your prop every time. not good.”

“We had a great stay at Barefoot By the Bay. The cabin was roomy and comfortable and super close to everything we wanted to do it Big Bear. The only complaint was that parking seemed a bit unorganized, our neighbors seemed to have many cars and took our spots that were designated to us.”

“The condo was just “okay”. We arrived before check in and they allowed us to come in an hour early which was nice. First impression was nice. But as we walked around and explored, it seemed like the place was not cleaned properly. The hallway door to the garage was open and there was a garage door opener, but I shortly found out the at guests were not allowed to use the garage. Nice fire places that warm up the condo. Towels need to be replaced as they are ripped and stained there was an open……

“The place was awesome very clean great neighborhood really convenient having an attached garage. The only thing I would recommend to the host would be to add towels and washcloths for the kitchen. Other than that everything was awesome and I would highly recommend this for Business travelers.”
