“A lovely place! Beautifully furnished and very comfortable. We had a working retreat there, and had ample room for meetings and spaces for quiet times too. We were able, in just a few minutes, to walk to the pier and two great eateries! My team wants us to stay there again next year!”

“What a wonderful location and property for a friends getaway!! The patio area was enchanting and lends itself to complete relaxation, coffee in the AM and wine in the PM!!Also, a nice space for my sweet pup to relax as the patio is fully enclosed. Parking was amazing and the condo was very clean and supplied well.Riki the owner/property manager was helpful and very enjoyable to meet. I would absolutely stay here or at any of her other properties. What a fabulous find, highly recommend. 10……

“This was our 2nd year at Brians place. It is a perfect house for a family get together. Rooms are good size, house has everything one could need inside and out. Below this beautiful place is a coffee place, gelato and regular ice cream place and a deli!The pier is right across the street. Honestly you couldn’t find a better spot! San Clemente is a wonderful old school beach town that truly has not changed much since my childhood and I am a grandma! ”

“My dad and I stayed at this property for two nights and it was wonderful. Extremely clean and exactly as described. Check in was easy and I was pleased with the amount of available parking. The unit itself is a little hidden within the complex but other than that it was great. We would definitely stay there again! ”

“What a perfect location in San Clemente! The neighborhood was quiet and the ocean view/access were great. Mornings and evenings on the balcony were lovely. Our hosts were responsive to questions and the condo was clean. As mentioned in other reviews, there is no AC and traveling the first week of September is a gamble. We found a fan in a closet and there were ceiling fans in two rooms. We did have family nearby, so we were able to borrow another fan. I would imagine in other months, it’s just……
