“This place was absolutely amazing. My fiancé and I like to stay close to Palm springs and this was a perfect location. Very private with nice pool and hot tub. The view of the mountains were absolutely amazing. We got to see the sunrise and the sunset. The property manager/owner was a phone call away if we needed anything. Love this place and we are coming back soon!”

We were in an a handicap room and not sure why, room was dirty (floors unvacuumed, because of handicap room doors to bathroom and living room slid open and my daughter and my husband got locked in the bathroom and the people above us were banging until almost 1:00 AM. “This was an absolutely terrible experience. The property owner was completely unresponsive day of booking leaving us stranded with nowhere to go when we arrived. He never got us the check in details, and customer service was atrocious. Finally, 4 hours after the time we were supposed to check in we gave up and booked a hotel that cost us an additional $500.00 from what the booking was supposed to be. I would highly discourage anyone from booking this property or even using this platform. The……
