“We had some issues first night we arrived. We were in an a handicap room and not sure why, room was dirty (floors unvacuumed, because of handicap room doors to bathroom and living room slid open and my daughter and my husband got locked in the bathroom and the people above us were banging until almost 1:00 AM. We addressed with Nick at front desk in the morning and I asked to move rooms and while we were out for the day he personally moved us to the top floor in a regular room. It was clean and……

“This place was absolutely amazing. My fiancé and I like to stay close to Palm springs and this was a perfect location. Very private with nice pool and hot tub.
