“Great place to stay. Right on the beach!”

“The property location could not have been better for us. We slept listening to the waves and the temperature at night was great without a/c. Capitola and Santa Cruz are nearby if we wanted more nightlife. There is a nice walkable restaurant that we enjoyed. The sunsets are pretty incredible. ”

“Large, funky and private in a fantastic setting and location. We could walk into the beautiful adjacent State Park and nearby town of Aptos, or drive a short distance to Santa Cruz. Enjoyed meeting the hosts. Would stay again. ”

“Overall stay was nice; location was great and nice open concept proposer for family stay . I would have expected a little better kitchen accessories - dishwasher and stove; at least should have a mixer grinder as we could not make any shakes. Rooms were very spacious and comfortable beds.”

“We stayed at this house with three adults and two children. There was plenty of room and beds for everyone, the house was clean and the community was very nice. There’s a large shopping center with restaurants and a grocery store within a two minute drive from the house. There is also a community pool that was easy to access. Garage parking is included with the rental which was great. Communication with the owner was very easy also. If we come back to the area, I would definitely book this house……
