“I feel bad, will not stay again”

“The room was absolutely disgusting. the smell in the room was awfull! there was mold all over the ceiling near the bathroom, the sink and bath tub had rust all over it. and the ice bucket had old food in it. thankfully the girl a tthe front desk gave us a new one. the side walks are all cracked and wobbly, but this place needs to be condemned its not safe and is a healthy hazard. DO NOT STAY HERE BY ANY MEANS NECCESSARY”

“The booking was accidentally made twice and when I checked in I mentioned to DEV (a very nice employee at the desk) that I was due a refund. He said he knew about the error and had fixed the problem, that a refund would be issued. I’m still due a refund. What phone number should I call for help?”

“This was our second stay at this charming cottage, perfect mix of colonial feel and modern amenities. Plenty of space for us and our dog. Everything we needed was included. Location is close to village and beach. ”

“The pictures do not do this cottage justice. The Christmas decorations were a great surprise too. Plenty of room for all 8 of us with everything we need nearby. ”

“Nice welcome to have a bottle of wine on arrival! Being end of November, the downstairs warmed up perfectly. The upstairs stayed chilly so probably nicer to stay in warmer months to also have full use of the outer sitting room and the outdoors. The kitchen/dining area is fine but could be equipped with a few more basic items like a small/medium cook pot and small/medium drinking glasses for water or juice. Other suggestions for convenience is a small toaster and basic hairdryer too. Still,……

“Honestly i do not know where to start, everything was perfect. My friend and i needed a place to stay while celebrating a baby shower and this rental was not only the perfect location but it was a great price as well. The place was very clean, very roomy, had all the amenities we needed, and the host were very kind and attentive. This place checked all our boxes and we would absolutely stay here again next time we visit the Island. I highly recommend this rental to others!”
