“I like to try older 1960's motels. This one was excellent and it was the CLEANEST small room motel I have ever stayed in! Also had good wifi a modern TV and super clean bed sheets and comforter. The bed was comfortable and the door locks were very safe and modern. Perfect small motel!!!”

You can tell they have tried to put the effort in with some updates in the rooms, but it’s the little things matter more sometimes. The super rough sheets, musty smell and no weather seal at all on the primary door, were all concerning for me. The staff was wonderful and made me feel very welcome at both check in and out though. ”

“The Rich Valley Estate is a huge beautiful home on 338 acres. As an avid hiker this was perfect to be able to have peace and serenity for a long weekend away. I was able to enjoy the private trails, stream, and forest all to myself! I can really see the potential of this place. With such a large home it can fit your whole family and then some, just yourself, or a couple wanting to get away. It has an upscale feel with old world charm and custom woodwork and details that you won't find……

“Great location, nice trailer, but for price paid should have had improvements. Mattresses throughout trailer were horrible. For price paid that should have been first improvement. Also pillows throughout are aweful, and that should be an immediate improvement! Trailer is lacking much needed jacks/support underneath, Anytime someone walks thru trailer the whole living room area rocks,again easy fix and should have been done already for price they want to rent. They do mention bringing your own……
