“We have a big room and all facilities are good, but the breakfast is just biscuits and something like that, no hot food except hot water.”

“We arrived at night. There was no toilet paper in the room. The frame of the painting in the room was broken, and the light in the bathroom was also broken. The hotel staff was very impatient. Moreover, there was no parking space as promised, so we had to park on the street. The room faces the street, so it's very noisy. The whole experience was really bad.”

“We left after the first night as there was no heat or hot water. The manager Julian was supposed to cancel the reservation so that we could be refunded the final six nights as we'd booked for a week as we were unable to through Hotels.com and he never did! Still waiting for our refund of six nights plus the $150 deposit he insisted on at check in. He is rude on the phone and keeps hanging up on me or not answering when I call. The worst hotel experience I have had in my life STAY AWAY this place……
