“Front desk worker was awesome. But smelled horribly from smoke outside front doors, and inside . Elevator very dirty and felt like was going to break made loud clanging noise. In room bathroom toilet had dried urine drips on floor so they dont wash floor. Leads me to believe what else in room is not cleaned-bed linens, floor?? ”

“The property was very nice physically, everything in the listing was accurate. Beds were good, hot tub was very nice. A few small issues keep it from being 5 star. There was nothing in the kitchen except salt and pepper and a tiny bit of coffee. No ice trays, no water pitcher, so the only water to drink was straight out of the tap. There was not enough soap, and the property manager basically told us "sorry, not coming out to fix that." One upstairs bathroom had extremely low water pressure.……

“Enjoyed our stay very much! Spotless! Very comfortable beds, relaxing family room with a fantastic sectional. Great communication. Loved the wrap around porch. Close to Hocking Hills, discovered great nearby restaurants. Highly recommend. ”
