“My room is smelly and old. Looks like the facility is renovated but quality is not satisfying”

“We can only speak for our room and our encounters with staff but we have to say we were very pleased! Staff was friendly and attentive. Our room has obviously been updated--no carpet (yay!)--and was clean, spacious, and comfortable. We had everything we needed for a pleasant night's stay. We would highly recommend and definitely book again should our travels take us to Boardman.”

They are an impressive sight, and while I didn't feel like Don Quixote at the time, I believe it was the purpose of my trip. This motel in Boardman came through on an unusual request and saved my jeans and the next day for me. ”

“This was just an overnight stop on my way to somewhere else, but it was less than I'm used to or expected for nearly $100. On the site it's "inn and suites" when I pulled up the sign says, 'weekly rates' and 'kitchenettes.' The disperity between the 2 is huge! Absence of relavant details is false asvertising. Especially when the pictures mask the true quality of the property. Mismatched, beat-up furniture, repurposed modern office furniture masquerading as bedroom furniture. Stained and marred……
