“This was one of the best hotel stays I have had in a very long time. The service we received was very personal and the gentleman, at the front desk, when we checked late, in the evening was accommodating and personable. The 4th floor room #424 was clean, and had sufficient towels, soap, etc. for 3 persons. TV and other things in the room were all functional. The room was temperate. The best of all was the continental breakfast. Old fashioned buscuits and gravy, fluffy eggs, sausages, and……

When I checked in, I gave the front desk the information of my citi credit card. My American Express was charged twice. I called the hotel, and the hotel told me that I should call American Express.
