“We stayed in the Deluxe 2 beds rooms and they were very comfortable! Great beds, spacious, beautiful view, really liked having the separate toilet/shower from the sink and vanity area. Ease of use with two people. Loved the amenities: refrigerator, microwave, fireplace. If I had one complaint to give it was that there was no written information available in the room regarding how to operate the fireplace, or what time checkout was. “Best price for the area that I found when I went. Convenient to find. With walking distance of a Safeway for shopping. Relatively clean and very comfortable. Had a microwave and fridge, which helped with my meal planning for road trip. Front desk personnel were polite and easy. Would recommend. ”

“What a great place. The owners were friendly and greeted us with chocolate chip cookies. The room was super clean and the grounds well taken care of. You can tell the owners take pride in their property. There was a bar/grill next door with a gorgeous view of the ocean, a convenience store next to that and I'll will stay with them next time we go thru San Simeon. This place is a gem and highly recommend staying here.”
