“Nice staff ”

“Everything was wonderful with the exception of the woman who was working the front desk the overnight shift of May 17-18th. I understand there was extra work for her since there were so many sports families there, but she was unapologetically rude and cold. I had to ask a couple questions was met with coldness, and did not get my questions answered. That gentlemen that was there before she arrived was wonderful and so was the staff the morning of May 18. This woman did not exemplify customer……

“The hotel was within an easy walk to downtown Midland. The staff was helpful, and the room was clean. Breakfast was the usual fare. One of the two elevators needed repair. I feel that the hotel was not exceptional and overpriced. ”

“Right next to a McD's. A short walk to Cancun Mexican.”

“We stayed here for a family christmas gathering in Midland. Perfect home for our needs.”

“This place was beautiful, and I really enjoyed my stay. I wish there had been somewhere for me to put my clothes maybe some drawers under the bed or something like that. Great use of space just a little smaller than expected.”

“The owner was nice enough to know I was in a walker and sometimes wheelchair, so he put us in the closest room to the exit and parking was right there. He also provided a chair for the shower for me. He was very helpful and kind. We will go back, for sure!”
