“Better than expected”

“Nice friendly staff! Great location right by freeway and very nice neighborhood. ”

“Pros: Hotel was clean, room and linens were clean and looked new, beds were comfortable, & room was spacious with three queen size beds for the family. The pool was clean and warm and there are adjoining indoor and outdoor hot tubs that were clean and hot. There is a restaurant at the hotel and the food was good and prices reasonable. Location was quiet, safe, and less than one mile from restaurants and shopping mall. Pro and Con: Both dryers in the laundry room were out of order but the hotel……

( 3 nights) I was allowed to check in early, (11:00) so I could meet with my son, and spend the whole day with him, instead of checking in late that evening, which was the meaning of the trip. The refrigerator was not working when I got into to the room. The manager came and looked at it right away, and was either replaced, or got it working by the time I came back that evening. ”
