“Everything was wonderful with the exception of the woman who was working the front desk the overnight shift of May 17-18th. I understand there was extra work for her since there were so many sports families there, but she was unapologetically rude and cold. I had to ask a couple questions was met with coldness, and did not get my questions answered. “The hotel was within an easy walk to downtown Midland. The staff was helpful, and the room was clean. Breakfast was the usual fare. One of the two elevators needed repair. I feel that the hotel was not exceptional and overpriced. ”

“Likes: Bay Motel had a table & chairs, high quality TV, luggage holder, plenty of "table space", comfortable bed, very quiet refrigerator, full-sized mirror, carpeting, plenty of lighting, clock, hangers available.
