“Everything was wonderful with the exception of the woman who was working the front desk the overnight shift of May 17-18th. I understand there was extra work for her since there were so many sports families there, but she was unapologetically rude and cold. I had to ask a couple questions was met with coldness, and did not get my questions answered. “My husband and I with our 2 children stayed here for a second time in recent years to explore the area. We stayed 2 nights. Check in was easy and staff were very polite. Room was clean. The hotel was quiet and comfortable. The pool was a bit too cold for us but the kids didn’t mind. The hot tub is out of order unfortunately. Breakfast was a plus with many options. We will definitely stay again next time we are in the area. ”
