“We stay in Bridgeport fairly often. This motel has really improved since an ownership change a few years back. Utilitarian, no frills, but clean and comfortable. And the prices can't be beat. If you need a place to sleep while in the area, try this! We used to stay across the street at Baymont for several visits over the years. Almost twice as much money, but it has been going in the opposite direction - down - over the past few years. It seems to be used as a party hall some nights, people……

“With the circumstances of not many employers, new owners, and in the process of renovations. This hotel was pretty good. Only complaint i would really have out side the circumstances would be, there was no refrigerator or microwave. With the new owners coming in and putting money in the place the hotel should be back up to better standards. Sonny the bartender was great to talk with.”

“Seems there are poor people living here long term who have no cars and walk for groceries, etc. Scary surroundings. Drunk man sleeping in a car passed out in early evening near the ice machine that does not work. No mattress pad on bed, just the sheet over the bare mattress...”

“The property is just beside the highway, so very convinient. Has a gas station & KFC adjacent to it. The room size was big, clean and had a porch. We had a initial hicup with the microwave and fridge not working but was attended immediately by the person at the reception. Breakfast had waffle, bread, apples, yogurt, milk and coffee. They accept the deposit amount (100 USD) in cash. Overall our 2night stay was good for the price we paid.”

“It was a grwat stay, the only thing is we wished the air conditioner worked. It got way to hot in the room for us to sleep. But we also understand it is under new management and they are working on fixing everything. We will for sure be staying there again. ”
