“The hotel was extremely busy with little league tournaments and fishing contest. We were in town for a funeral and had a hotel mix up and were scrambling for last minute rooms. “To be honest, I was expecting a run down and neglected motel. When we rolled for check-in we noticed that it appeared very well maintained and clean, given it's location right off of I75. The manager on duty was very friendly and we checked in within minutes. He was such a nice guy and made us feel welcome. “Right on the bay, large parking lot and check in was simple. Our room was a decent size, and we were happy to find a microwave! (So we could heat up our complimentary cookies!)
