“We were so pleasantly surprised with our stay. To be honest, our expectation was very low. This was a last minute over night trip and the only place with an available room. The hotel was very simple but clean, clean, clean. The tub, shower was bright clean white. The floors were spotless and the bed was extremely comfortable. I’ve stayed in 5 star hotels that were not as comfortable as the bed we slept in. No musty smell at all. We’ll definitely stay again. ”

“The owner was very gracious and accommodating for our group in town for a gravel race. The atmosphere was excellent and while the location felt like a trip back in time it was clean and everything functioned as advertised. We will 100% be staying here again. ”

“The room was very nice and very updated. The retro appliances (just "retro" style and brand new) were very fun and added to our stay. Lots of great linens in the bathroom. We love Pt Austin area and were very pleased to find a nice local resort that was two miles from town. ”
