“It felt like visiting a family member’s home…the room was clean, stocked, and homie. Very personable staff, friendly and helpful. There are comfortable amenities: a cool little pool, bbq and seating areas and you can borrow beach chairs, towels and ice chests. Nice continental breakfast items and very good coffee. “The pros are the hotel has great facilities for families, they have some really good slides for the kids, an arcade room, a Starbucks nearby and also car rental. There are two restaurants onsite and a few others within proximity. I also like the lobby area where they have a couple of tree swings, chess and some activities for the kids. “Overall it’s nothing fancy but it’s right on the beach and they have a small pool and a few fire pits to watch the sunset is stunning. There’s a luau next door and the restaurant has good food and the views are spectacular. The rooms are tiny, the decor is authentic Hawaiian. They also have bungalows so it’s a great place for families lots of open space to run around.”
