“The property seem to be brand new. Everything in the room was absolutely spotless and comfortable. The bed was amazing. The bathroom has a wet room. So easy to get in and out of the shower. Excellent lighting. All amenities were wonderful. I would definitely go back. The exterior of the property has a fire pit in a cozy little setting of pine trees. And it's located right next to a Shell gas station which was convenient to hit the road the day that I left.”

“I come to Lansing every 4th and originally used to stay at the Marriott downtown and with kids the Hyatt House is a far better choice and overall just higher quality. I left my wedding ring in my room and they called and we made arrangements to get my ring back and even offered a shipping option. I'll be staying here for every Lansing visit. ”

“Im pretty sure the neighbor was a lady of the night or "working girl" if you will. I couldnt sleep due to loud moaning all night. It was annoying until Harold ajd i decided to one up her and i really let loose. Talk about amazing sleep. Rocked me right to sleep. I wanna go back tongiht. The butlers nice but i wish they had breakfast or snack. The butler was the only snack within 5 miles as this is in bfe. Go now. You won't be disappointed ”

“Newer hotel so it is clean and in good shape. One of the only in the area I could find with a hot tub! It was nice and warm and big too. The pool was fun but not too large. Nice selection of items for breakfast included. ”

“This hotel is great for the most part. Spacious room, excellent free breakfast and nice size pool and hot tub. The AC was broken in the lobby and hallways so it was super hot. The room had an AC that worked great though. The room was clean other than the bathroom floor. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. ”
