“The first room i was pose to get which was a double bed it was not clean when i arrived but they fixed the problem by giving me 2 king size bed rooms for the inconvenience which was fine with me ”

“The gentleman who welcomed us was one of the friendlieat hotel staff i have ever encountered. Laundry on site was helfpul since we were stopping there at the middle of a longer roadtrip. Breakfast was decent for the price. Overall, great stay.”

“The property seem to be brand new. Everything in the room was absolutely spotless and comfortable. The bed was amazing. The bathroom has a wet room. So easy to get in and out of the shower. Excellent lighting. All amenities were wonderful. I would definitely go back. The exterior of the property has a fire pit in a cozy little setting of pine trees. And it's located right next to a Shell gas station which was convenient to hit the road the day that I left.”

“It is very close to Michigan State University, and there is a large supermarket next to it for dining and shopping, so it is very convenient for life. The room cleaning and counter service staff are very polite, and the lobby lounge provides free ice water and hot coffee in the morning. It feels very considerate to visit in the cold winter!”

“I come to Lansing every 4th and originally used to stay at the Marriott downtown and with kids the Hyatt House is a far better choice and overall just higher quality. I left my wedding ring in my room and they called and we made arrangements to get my ring back and even offered a shipping option. I'll be staying here for every Lansing visit. ”
