“Room was not ready when I checked in but the woman at the front counter was very apologetic about that. I understood and was told my room would be ready in an hour. That wasn't a big deal. Room was fairly clean. I had my two dogs with me and they found a couple of things probably underneath the bed but they aredogs and they snoop! The bed was comfortable The room was spacious. The area I felt safe in. Parking lot was well lit. Check out was easy. ”

“It is very close to Michigan State University, and there is a large supermarket next to it for dining and shopping, so it is very convenient for life. The room cleaning and counter service staff are very polite, and the lobby lounge provides free ice water and hot coffee in the morning. It feels very considerate to visit in the cold winter!”
