“Very nice renovated house”

“It was a great place to stay while taking a weekend trip to Bay City! Very close to downtown, lots of space for a big group, and we loved the fenced in backyard for our pups! The host was very attentive and I felt like we could have reached out if we needed anything. ”

“Everything was fantastic. Didn’t even bother us that the bed broke and we slept on the couches. We did fix said bed and made it even more durable, prior to our departure. Disappointed that the remnants of the porch cigarettes that were discarded in the kitchen/sink were held against us. This was very upsetting to me”

“We came to Midland to attend a Nike tennis camp for two days and had a beautiful restful stay at the Crabtree house! Being greeted by a warm loaf of sourdough bread and butter was just so warm and welcoming! Outside of the amazing decor and attention to detail throughout the house- fluffy towels, amazing bedding, great kitchen amenities, roasted locally roasted ground coffee, and a fun carafe to make our drip coffee in - created both a warmness and feel of being treated that could not be……

“Was super surprised just how nice this house was. It was tastefully decorated with many antiques and live plants which gave it a very homey feel. The whole house has been updated and the kitchen was generously furnished. The roku TV offered our favorite channels. Possibly, the only negative is it's location is in the middle of nowhere on a 2-lane dirt road. But, even that had positives. The countryside was beautiful and there was a restuarant/green house/party store just a mile down the road.……
