“This was the best vacation ever. The booking and communication was phenomenal the house was perfect and very clean. I very much appreciated all the little extra's they provided such as tin foil, plastic zip lock bags, spices and so much more of those little things you just don't think of. “We loved our stay! We will definitely be back. It was clean and tidy. Very rural setting but still close to stores and restaurants. Nate is a great host!”

“Cute house in a great location, Walking distance to downtown Bay City. Had some plumbing issues and the property manager was quick on getting service. Rooms were spacious, large dining table and cozy living area. Bathroom upstairs needs work and the shower in the downstairs needs to be fixed”

“This was a comfortable stay in an older home that has been updated in looks throughout. It doesn’t have a kitchen and kitchen space equipped to prepare gourmet meals..basic service for four, but Bay City has a lot of great restaurants if that’s what you want. It’s in a quiet neighborhood and a very short walk to the River and River walk (and not that far to continue walking downtown. )The host was responsive and they provided a few extras that are always nice to find in rentals.”

“My family and I used to be from Midland and needed to travel back. There’s so much to do in this city and the location of this home is in a nice quiet neighborhood but centrally located to everything. All of the beds were comfortable and the screened in porch and backyard were great too. ”
