“The house was very nice. The driveway was very tight for fitting boat trailers in. Parking on the street wasn’t really an option either. We fit 2 trucks with boats in the driveway but it was tight for sure.”

“There is so much I could say about “Crabtree”.The decorations and attention to detail for the period, were great. And on top of that it was emaculate. Even though it was chilly, the backyard is a great space to spend time with family and friends.The downtown is quaint and Dow Gardens was a joy to walk through.I have no reservations in recommending this property and in the future if we find ourselves back in midland we will definitely stay here again.”

“Went here to go fishing with my family and everything was just as in the description. Perfect clean and very convenient. Will definitely rebook next year. The host was very responsive when we had a circuit breaker trip on a Sunday. He answered the phone right away and worked us right through the issue. Was a very nice host. ”

“Absolutely lovely home with beautiful view of pond/woods. Clark, the owner, was very helpful and replied to inquiries in a timely manner. Centrally located for those coming from different parts of Michigan. Wonderful time spent catching up, relaxing and playing games in front of the fireplace. ”

“Booked the house for 5 people instead of a hotel. It was a better experience then a hotel stay. The house was very clean, decorated tastefully for the holidays. Had enough hot water, towels, dishes in the kitchen, places to sit and visit. Neighborhood was quiet. The place helped to keep a stressful weekend fun. ”

“5 adults (parents children) - we had everything we needed for an comfortable stay. We were there visiting other family and this was a nice home base to kick back at the end of the day, cook a meal, and decompress. Well stocked of items we didn't even know we needed (like foil) - nice to have for the one or two sheets we needed. We flew to the area so did provisioning while we were there and it made it easy to not have to buy everything. Plenty of pots and pans, coffee and tea. The location……

“Earnie's Place was ideal for my stay in the Saginaw/ Bridgeport area. Everything was wonderful; from the first correspondence with Cathy at Team Earnie to the last. The home was very clean, quaint, quiet, and perfect for my needs! Thank you for your hospitality, and little touches of kindness. If I travel to this area in the future, I'd be honored to stay at Earnie's Place again!”

“Nice out of the way place to stay. Away from town but close enough to visit.”

“House suited our needs for a place to sleep while attending an event at SVSU. Beds were comfortable and house looked very clean. Smell in the house was overpowering and not good though. Listed kitchen basics as part of the listing but missing things like sugar and an ice cube tray which i would expect when basics were listed. Probably would not atay there again, but outsode those small things it was managed well and covered what we needed it to for the couple days we stayed.”
