“Due to bad weather we arrived 1.5 hrs early but room wasn't ready. Asked to use pool while we waited for our room and was first told yes, then older man said no, not until room assigned. At 2:40 we were given a different room. The room was quite small for 4 people but was very clean. We also had to request to get room straighten and fresh towels. “The night clerk was very nice and helpful. The bed in room 219 leaves much to be desired. It slooped downward and toward the middle. The sink had a large crack in it. You should also provide rubber bath mats for handicapped guests. The clerk did provide us with additional towels to use as mats. ”
