“Lovely room but electric burners on stove not burn hot and pull out couch for bed was broken so my third party was not comfortable- should have told us before arrival. The rest was very comfortable ”

“I need to travel to grass Valley for two months for my nursing program. I found this hotel and decided to book it based on the price and was not expecting much because of the price. I was pleasantly surprised! The unit is very big. When you first walk in, you have a bathroom area to the left and then a fridge and microwave on the right and then you walk down a few stairs into the actual room which is a very large space. It doesn’t come with a lot of extras, but it was definitely worth the price……

Despite the small space, it felt open and airy thanks to the clever layout and large windows that brought in lots of natural light.The bed was super comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare simple meals, and the outdoor area was a peaceful spot for morning coffee or evening stargazing. It was so quiet and relaxing—exactly……

“Fantastic place with fantastic hosts. This property is magical, peaceful, beautiful. Excellent amenities. Amazingly, even the fold out sofa bed was great...best one I have ever used! There are so many things to see and do in the area, but it was always nice to start and end our day here. The pond, the goats, the geese, the frogs, and the chickens!. And most of all out hosts Courtney and family...excellent communication, friendly, discreet. Thank you! I plan to return here again and will……

“This property is a beautiful true forest retreat, in a lovely neighborhood yet off the beaten path, at the end of the road and still close to everything you want to get to.We came for a summer getaway to visit favorite local swimming spots and this was the perfect place for peaceful seclusion at the end of the day.The home is very well cared for, thoughtfully appointed and the beds are SOOO comfortable.The owner Diana, is kind, friendly, and communicative and made me feel like family. “First off, it was over 800 with all the added little feed. We went there to be by the lake. Brought my daughter and her new dog. I texted them before I got there, asking about the lake. No response. When I got there I see why they ignored my text. They're draining the lake for the summer. There was no beach. Just all rock and it wasn't safe to jump in where we were because the water was so low. If you have a boat, this place is good for you.I liked the pool area. But there's caution tape……
