“Perfect for a double or a single like me. The place appears freshly refurbished with new flooring and shelving. Pool was closed for the season but the surf at 44th Street was refreshing and not to cold for October. Golf Course fun as usual my main draw to the island. Joe was responsive to my questions via text or email. Would like to return next year ! ”

“The property is great for families. Very clean, newer bath towels and bed sheets. Well stocked kitchen for any meal of the day. Backyard is perfect for evening drinks. Everything you need for a beach trip is at your fingertips (beach chairs, boogie boards etc). Sleeps 5+ comfortably. About a 10 min walk to cove beach. Owner was great, communicated before we arrived and throughout trip checking in on us. We will be back!”

“This house is perfect, 8 of us stayed here for the weekend. Plenty of room, great kitchen and dining area on the 3rd floor, with a beautiful view from the balcony. The heated pool was clean and well kept, backyard patio areas with plenty of seating, power outlets, and anything you need when hanging out poolside. Krista is the property manager and she was great to work with, prompt to answer any questions and was more than accommodating. We are already trying to schedule a return trip in the near……
