“Joe's condo was a perfect spot for my husband and I during our long weekend stay in Brigantine. My highest priority in a rental is cleanliness - the kind of cleanliness that doesn't just look good at first glance but that is evident in every inch of the unit. This condo is immaculate! And as others have said, so nicely decorated and well furnished. To be clear, it is a studio, but an extremely well-designed studio with attractive and comfortable furniture, a 4 minute walk down a deadend……

The bed was very comfortable and the linens and towels (provided) were the finest quality I’ve had at a rental property. The location was excellent for beach access and chairs were there. “Beautiful home with a quaint front porch and gorgeous back patio. The only things we had to buy were groceries - everything else was provided. Catherine knew I was turning 60 during our stay at her home, and when we walked in, she had balloons and decorations throughout the house - such a thoughtful, helpful and accommodating host. The area was quiet and peaceful, with spectacular sunsets. We had a great summer vacation at this lovely home.”
