“Breana is awesome! Super accommodating and very responsive.The property is very spacious with enough beds for each of our guests 18 people! The house was very clean. A lot of street parking. The pool was also a great addition. 10-15 minute drive to/from AC. Not to mention, a quick walk to the beach. Great golf courses in the surrounding areas as well. No more than a 25-30 minute drive.Very safe location as well. Cannot recommend this property more! ”

“There was a mixup in the dates reserved where the stay requested was longer than the intended days. Thought everything was ok after speaking with the host and Vrbo immediately after the booking stating the issue. The intent was to change the date to the correct date and not be charged for the day we were not staying The end result was a refusal from the host to credit the day submitted in error and not used even after contacting them prior of the inadvertent date. The place was nice but the……

Check in was seamless and everything was as advertised and worked perfectly. Convenient to shopping and restaurants as well as the beach. Do not hesitate to rent from this owner.
