“Our stay started with a guided tour by Brian. Brian is a wonderful host. He periodically texted me to see if there was anything we needed. The mansion is beautiful with lots of space. Having 8 bedrooms with bathrooms was perfect for our family. It was only a block to the beach which made it so easy for any family to enjoy whenever they wanted to. The roof top deck was one of our favorite spots. The long kitchen island turned out to be another favorite for gathering family and making plans……

“Everything was great. Check in and communication with the property owner was great. We were weary of using the upstairs bathroom as there was obvious plumbing issues from the wet stains on the ceiling in the kitchen. Nothing noticeably wet. We just used the bathroom downstairs for the duration of our stay. The condo was clean and big. Pictures online absolutely did it justice. True to size in the photos. If you’re not an early riser, I’d suggest booking elsewhere just due to the Bungalow……

“We loved the spacious rooms and bathrooms in this house. We had four couples and two kids, so it was great to find a place with queen or king sized beds in every room as well. Easy access to the boardwalk and beach, and good coffee and restaurant options nearby. We usually stay at the north end of the island, so it was a different vibe which was nice for a change. Parking was more challenging, but it worked out fine. Jeanine is a highly responsive host and provided excellent instructions for……

“We had a fabulous stay. The house met our needs and more. It was nice to have the fully furnished living room with a door so the kids could enjoy that space while the adults could be in the family room. The bunk beds gave our two little ones ample space and there were tvs in each of the other bedrooms. Plenty of pillows and linens. Proprietor was responsive and friendly! Perfect rental for us, we were 4 adults 2 children. Outside shower was nice with hot and cold water.”
