“Property is well kept and spacious. Very comfortable furniture and restored antique pieces. Central air and ceiling fans in every room guarantee comfort. Kitchen is modern and well stocked. Beautiful view of Grassy Sound from the plentiful windows and furnitured deck. Bluetooth speakers and mood lighting in bathroom are a hoot!”

And the porch...wonderful place to enjoy coffee, cocktails, reading, and people watching A very short walk to shops, the beach, and great restaurants, it truly had it all. Host was incredibly responsive, kind and made us feel so welcomed.Highly recommend!!!”

“This is a lovely place and the host is great. There are a lot of narrow stairs and no bathroom upstairs, which was a bit tough at night. We were there with an 86 year old so it was necessary to give him the downstairs bedroom. If I was only using the bottom floor it would have been perfect. The home is beautiful and the kitchen is well stocked with equipment. There was a keurig with cups set out nicely but no actual coffee so bring your own. “This is a beautiful home right on the beach. Paul was great to work with. He answered my emails/ texts immediately. He sent me a list of things to do and restaurants nearby! We were three couples and we appreciated the fact that each couple had our own bathroom. The home is kept up. We all agreed it was the best home we’ve stayed in and we would stay there again. ”
