“First, this property was perfect for this celebration. My grandson celebrated with his best friends who have been together since childhood. The property offered all necessities and was clean, well appointed and stylish! I would reserve this property again! ”

“I stayed for the weekend with three friends and it was a nice time. Good location, close to coffee and restaurants. We were able to find street parking all weekend. Clean and well stocked with necessary supplies and free snacks. This is a full-time rental (not someone's actual house) in a rapidly gentrifying neighborhood in case that is important to you. ”

“These apartments were so beautiful, tastefully decorated, super clean, and in a great location. The owner was available on call, left curated local treats (a lovely surprise!), and was very friendly. The location was close to downtown, but not walkable to downtown, which was fine with us. Passyunk Ave was 1 block away and very, very funky/cute. Overall, this is a 5 star property. The set-up, however, is two 2 bedroom apartments, separated by a hallway (that is private) with locks. It was listed……
