“With family visiting from Spain we decided to get away for the Easter week and we couldn’t have been happier with Pete’s wonderful property. Our son, nephews and pup loved the spacious outdoors for running and playing, and the basement was a games paradise. We all loved it, honestly. The entrance leads into a grandiose room yet still feels comfy and cozy with long couches wrapping each corner. It really is such a beautiful house, also clean and in great condition. Pete was so nice and on point……

“I stayed for the weekend with three friends and it was a nice time. Good location, close to coffee and restaurants. We were able to find street parking all weekend. Clean and well stocked with necessary supplies and free snacks. This is a full-time rental (not someone's actual house) in a rapidly gentrifying neighborhood in case that is important to you. ”

“We had a great time staying in the city at this apartment! We loved being so close to the historical section of town and we even took in a Flyers game 10minutes away!We are not used to big city life, so the noise and the parking chaos was new to us, but it was all part of the adventure! Budget for the parking garage across the street- it was well worth it and makes life easier! very cozy place to stay

"This is a highly-recommended hotel. The location is quite convenient. Everything is great, feeling like a home. One thing that they can improve is the offering of the breakfast. It is quite hard to get breakfast outside the hotel in the morning. So, if there is breakfast offered, even a simple continental breakfast, that would be great and the convenient for business travelers."
