“First, this property was perfect for this celebration. My grandson celebrated with his best friends who have been together since childhood. The property offered all necessities and was clean, well appointed and stylish! I would reserve this property again! ”

“I stayed for the weekend with three friends and it was a nice time. Good location, close to coffee and restaurants. We were able to find street parking all weekend. Clean and well stocked with necessary supplies and free snacks. This is a full-time rental (not someone's actual house) in a rapidly gentrifying neighborhood in case that is important to you. ”

“We stayed at Amanda's place for a long weekend. Amanda was very quick and helpful in response to any questions I had. Home was as pictured in the listing. There was plenty of space for 4 of us. The outside area was especially nice and we enjoyed hanging out there quite a bit. Great restaurants all a short walk away. We were able to find parking right in front of the door too. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.Just a note as I can't remember if it was mentioned in the listing, the staircase is steep……

“This is a gorgeous property with plenty of space and beautiful accommodations. The street parking was easy and the owner was ready to get in touch with. Access is remote making it very convenient in an area where it is hard to find places to stay. Highly recommend.”

“I was enjoying my stay until a family of eight came.. loud banging and multiple people in a one bedroom is insane I literally had my tv on the highest setting just to block the noise otherwise than that I would book again ”
