“This is a lovely place and the host is great. There are a lot of narrow stairs and no bathroom upstairs, which was a bit tough at night. We were there with an 86 year old so it was necessary to give him the downstairs bedroom. If I was only using the bottom floor it would have been perfect. The home is beautiful and the kitchen is well stocked with equipment. There was a keurig with cups set out nicely but no actual coffee so bring your own. “Nice 4 bed/4 bath option. Clean. Location was convenient to see the historical sites in Philly. Very convenient to have a garage as on street parking is slim pickings!!! Wonderful rooftop area!! Owner notified us ahead of time that, due to heavy rains, the townhouse had a leak. The roof was replaced, but they were still working on acquiring new replacement furniture. Interim furniture that was there was still very comfortable and useful. Fully equipped kitchen, but icemaker in door……

“Amanda was a gracious and lovely host.Her house is a home away from home.The decor is beautiful, she had everything we needed and it was walking distance from a few restaurants,an AMAZING Pie Spot called Susie’s Pie and Coffee Shop(you MUST GO IF YOU BOOK HERE),as well as a supermarket and Wawa.Her backyard was our favorite spot to conjure after our outings.We hope to rebook here again!”

“Stay was amazing, neighbors are loud and dogs bark throughout the night but this place is definitely a hidden gem.. there is a corner store across the top of the street which was convenient but the only downside was that there were indeed flies flying around a bit frequently as well as dead flies on the basement ground other than that this was an amazing stay for me and my family and we’d visit again ”

“We stayed here while attending a conference in the area. It worked fabulous for us. We rented all areas of the home and we had plenty of privacy. The main floor with no bedrooms was amazing to have because people could sleep and the other staff still had somewhere to hang out. The house is a close walk to a ton of food, bars, and activities. The neighborhood was friendly and social. Don’t expect to find street parking is about the only downside. ”
