“This was a lovely home away from home. Clean, well-furnished and stocked, clear instructions, family-friendly, and a short distance from Sesame Place, supermarkets and restaurants for our family. It was well worth the cost compared to a hotel stay and we would definitely stay here again if we visit the area in the future.”

“Gladys was a helpful host. The original property had recently flooded but she was able to move us to this location. Bedrooms are an amazing size! We wished the living room was able to accommodate more seating though. Overall, it was a good weekend.”

“We stayed at Tom and Sharon’s river house for a bachelorette trip and loved the views and quaint house. We commented many times that we felt like we were on a river cruise! Tom was very quick to respond and accommodating leading up to our trip, but we were slightly confused by the check in process as we received a code for the door but also instructions telling us to come to the front porch to get a key and instructions of how to get to the property. “Fantastic property in the heart of Philly. The townhouse was located within an easy to walk to almost all of the touristy stuff we wanted to do, but also in a quiet neighborhood where it was easy to get som much needed rest. There are a few things around the property that show off their age, but nothing that is detrimental to the renters experience. I’d definitely stay here again if we make it back to Philly in the future. ”

“We stayed at Amanda's place for a long weekend. Amanda was very quick and helpful in response to any questions I had. Home was as pictured in the listing. There was plenty of space for 4 of us. The outside area was especially nice and we enjoyed hanging out there quite a bit. Great restaurants all a short walk away. We were able to find parking right in front of the door too. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.Just a note as I can't remember if it was mentioned in the listing, the staircase is steep……
