“Overall, we had a great stay. Only issue was some mold/mildew allergens in the decorative pillows and the couches. It was an easily fixed by covering the couch with the extra sheet that was provided and airing the rooms out during the day. Loved that the windows open fully to let in the sea air!! Pool area was nice, the kitchenette was well stocked, and it's a quick walk to the beach. Beware that shops and restaurants other than those in the Icona(s) were not walkable. Best to bring in any……

“Great hotel/condo! Very clean and fit our large family, added plus was two full bathrooms and pool! Owner was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area and was always close by. Very close to the boardwalk, beach, and restaurants. Would definitely book again!”

“We truly enjoyed our stay, especially its proximity to New York City. The private drive way was a bonus. Central air maintained a marvelous temperature throughout our stay with the hot temperatures in August.The condo was clean and inviting. We will definitely stay at this location on our next visit to New York City.”

“The apartment was absolutely gorgeous and decorated so beautifully!! The apartment also has access to a private backyard which was really pretty. Faria, the owner was very nice and so was her assistant Tiffany. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a really nice place to stay. It is really close to the Journal Square Path (like a 7 minute walk) and is close to restaurants and shopping. You will not be disappointed!”
