“We have been coming down to LBI for many years and this by far was our favorite place. The condo was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The views from the back deck were spectacular! The location was perfect, walking distance to everything! Dale, the owner, responded quickly with any questions or concerns. I highly recommend this property!”

“The “Happy House” was exactly that and exceeded what we could imagine. The description of the rental was very accurate with everything that was included. It was a great location right by the beach and walking to stores and restaurants. The house had plenty of amazing extras for our 2 young kids (3 and 1). It was amazing having a crib, high chair, etc. The play-set in the backyard and the kids nook in the house were amazing features!”

“It was nice! Clean! Location was great! Next to Beach and walking distance to the Amusement park and Bay Village! My boys had a great time, it’s just unfortunate we came too early in the season as the Waterpark was not opened yet! ”

“Not recommended, amenities stated on description not true, host stated there was a hot tub(no hot tub) spa shower(no spa shower) yes you had a spa shower because there was no fan in the bathroom. Poison ivy bush outside the entrance door. No king size bed (2 twin beds put together) Could not contact host after 1st day, she did not return call or texts. Very unpleasant to deal with when I called her with my concerns. She told me if I wanted to leave she would get my money back. If I could find……
