“Kristi and Chris's place was perfect -- spotless, comfortable, and only steps from the Boardwalk. Communications were prompt and thoughtful; for example, they texted us indicating that since no one was checking into the condo the day we were leaving, we should feel free to checkout at noon instead of the regular time of 10 am. A great stay!”

“Perfect for a double or a single like me. The place appears freshly refurbished with new flooring and shelving. Pool was closed for the season but the surf at 44th Street was refreshing and not to cold for October. Golf Course fun as usual my main draw to the island. Joe was responsive to my questions via text or email. Would like to return next year ! ”

“You can tell the area and property are older but it’s well maintained and very comfortable. We parked an extra car a block away in a garage that is 15 but we left it four days so was just 15! Dollar general two blocks away and great breakfast bagel place under 7 min walk. Appreciated the coffee and toiletries. Neighbors are super helpful as most live there year round. Would come back! ”

“Took my family of 6 to Ocean City and booked last minute. Grateful this spot was available. The host is amazing, we had a few questions when we checked in and he was very accommodating and helpful - he even drove down to help us with a TV. The host provides paper towels, hand soap, toilet paper and dishwasher pods. There is a nice supply of beach gear in the garage. We used the beach cart and left ours at home. Few things to note: 6th street is a surfing beach. We walked down to 7 1/2.……

“This home had everything we needed to enjoy our beach vacation. All of the basics were covered, but there were also little things like clean sheets and towels, hotel-style products for the bathroom, beach chairs and cart. It was perfect from start to finish. We hope to get a week next summer!”

“We loved the location of this clean and spacious one-bedroom property literally right next to the boardwalk. We could see the amusement park our kids loved when they were younger right outside our bedroom window. It was like "living on the beach" without paying too much for the privilege. Our host was very responsive, and we will certainly be back again. ”
