“Justin's place was the perfect spot for our weekend in Sea Isle City. The apartment was centrally located to restaurants, bars, and the beach. The bar across the street could get noisy on weekend nights, but that wasn't an issue for us luckily. Justin was also super accommodating and flexible when we asked for an early check-in. Would stay again! ”

“We loved pretty much everything about this beach condo. It really is the first floor of a very cute two family house Very spacious for my husband and I, nicely appointed, immaculately clean, nice touches like snacks and kitchen supplies, use of bikes, beach chairs and beach cart, beach tags. Communications were prompt and thoughtful; for example, they texted us indicating that since no one was checking into the condo the day we were leaving, we should feel free to checkout at noon instead of the regular time of 10 am. “This first thing was completely on us and not at all on the host - we missed that there are no linens or towels included with the property rental. So our first night we ran out to get some sheets and towels. It is listed in the description of the property that linens and towels are not included. The laundry on site is easy to access. Everything on the property was exactly as described. We had such a nice stay. The host was quick to respond when we had questions. We would come back to this……

Pool was closed for the season but the surf at 44th Street was refreshing and not to cold for October. Golf Course fun as usual my main draw to the island. “The place was exactly as advertised. Communication with owner was excellent. I’ve stayed at several casinos on the strip but this was a way better experience. Easy parking, secure, close to everything! We stayed for a cheer competition family of three. Only thing I’d comment on is the heat upstairs works really well. Only thing missing was a fan! ”

“Check in person was great and had alot of great information. I did not catch his name. He checked us in Friday night though 5/2. The room was great and spacious very clean. We were right off the elevator and heard no noise from it during the stay so it's ok to get the room by the elevator everyone.
