“We can't say enough about how great this place is! Our 4.5 year old son loves coming here! It's literally 3 houses from the beach entrance and has all the comforts of a kid-friendly home. The new playset in the backyard was a great addition for this year; a nice surprise! We love eating breakfast on the porch and the beds are so comfy! “This was the perfect little place to stay for 2 adults and a chocolate lab. The proximity to the beach and the bay was ideal. Bars and restaurants were close too. My dog loved having his bed next to the slider for the breeze and outdoor scenery. Not a complaint, but would make it spot on if there was a screen door on the front and the shower water pressure was a little stronger. I would recommend this little gem.”

“Great beach vacation location! Close to beach and super close to shopping, restaurants, and other attractions. Only downside, parking is a bit tight. But when most everything is in easy walking distance, just park out of the way. Location exactly as listed, no surprises. It’s the beach; our family just needs a place to sleep, grab a quick snack/meal, and to clean up. Perfect. If our children were younger (now 18 and 16), we’d book again. Probably need another room at this point just to avoid……

“The CozySuites condo was big, clean and comfortable! I don't like a lot of clutter and it was spare but had everything necessary. The communication with the CozySuites team was excellent - they were so responsive and answered all my questions. The one issue had to do with the water pressure in one of the bathrooms (we had 3 with full showers for a 2 BR Condo!). The bathrooms are dated - fixtures all from the Showboat days, and on one day there wasn't enough pressure to keep the shower on in……
