Communications were prompt and thoughtful; for example, they texted us indicating that since no one was checking into the condo the day we were leaving, we should feel free to checkout at noon instead of the regular time of 10 am. A great stay!”

“Perfect for a double or a single like me. The place appears freshly refurbished with new flooring and shelving. Pool was closed for the season but the surf at 44th Street was refreshing and not to cold for October. Golf Course fun as usual my main draw to the island. Joe was responsive to my questions via text or email. Would like to return next year ! ”

“You can tell the area and property are older but it’s well maintained and very comfortable. We parked an extra car a block away in a garage that is 15 but we left it four days so was just 15! Dollar general two blocks away and great breakfast bagel place under 7 min walk. Appreciated the coffee and toiletries. Neighbors are super helpful as most live there year round. Would come back! ”

“The condo is not spacious but it has all the essentials for a short stay. You can’t beat the location. It is close to the boardwalk and shopping and eateries. ”

“Took my family of 6 to Ocean City and booked last minute. Grateful this spot was available. The host is amazing, we had a few questions when we checked in and he was very accommodating and helpful - he even drove down to help us with a TV. The host provides paper towels, hand soap, toilet paper and dishwasher pods. There is a nice supply of beach gear in the garage. We used the beach cart and left ours at home. Few things to note: 6th street is a surfing beach. We walked down to 7 1/2.……

“Well located, very nice home. Cozy for our birthday mini vacation. There were many thoughtful details and the home was clean and in good repair. The faucet in the en suite bathroom was very fancy and the tub was perfect for soaking.”
