“The front desk clerk was extremely welcoming, and the room itself was pristine with a cozy bed. However, I found the bathroom to be rather basic, lacking in features. Specifically, the shower area lacked proper boundaries, leading to a slippery bathroom floor after showering. This made it inconvenient and potentially hazardous when using the toilet.”

“In room wifi not working , no laundry, no breakfast after 9:30am, very noisy air conditioning, lobby under major renovation. Totally not recommended ”

“This is a great place to stay. It’s reasonably priced and close to the Space Needle. Nice breakfast included. Very friendly. Staff rooms are clean and in good shape. Just.remember on your visit that a Seattle bock is more like 3 normal blocks. This is a great place to say”

“The air conditioner was too loud and not cold enough for me to sleep well. Carpet is too dirty. Water leaking under the sink. Only the staff are ok.”

“The lady with eyeglass is the so called on Duty Manager in front desk is very very poor attitude, it ruined our good image of our stay in this hotel, Hotel management should take it seriously, otherwise will destroy hotel images. Choeck out on 18th Nov morning. ”
