“We really enjoyed our stay at Phinneywood Basement Hideaway. We slept very well. The property was easy to access and the rental was well equipped with kitchen items for cooking at home, and had plenty of bathroom accessories (towels & toilet paper). It was well lit at night and best of all, it was very affordable for our six-day stay. We hope to be back!”

“The staff at optimum are fab specifically Scott the bartender. It’s like being at your neighborhood bar. The sky bar is too loud after a long day. Randilynn our server ask for her she so kind and joyful stop in even if your not staying here it’s worth it. Courtyard on the side of optimum nice place to watch the world and enough people watching. ”

“The property sat on one of the highest hills with the perfect side by side corner window view of the city overlooking sunsets. We’ve not missed a single one, it was gorgeous! To get to this property was very easy, and inside we got everything needed. Fully stocked kitchen, ample natural light, all amenities and free extras as well. The building itself was super quiet so we slept soundly. Vince the host, equipped the kitchen with enough espresso, I was in mini coffee heaven. There’s a grocery,……
