“The hotel is new. We could do the prior check in online that made the check in time shortened. It offers free parking and complimentary breakfast that fits for our family of 5. The making up service is perfect as we see the cleaning staff made very detail cleaning. The hotel staff were also very friendly to our kids. We love the location near Seattle Premium Outlets. We will visit again if we go to Seattle next time.”

“No complaints. Basic, spacious room, nice-size tv, fridge and microwave, clean and quiet. Room was as pictured. Staff friendly and helpful. Great location as just two turns off the I-5, and not far from Mountlake Terrace park and ride. I just needed a place to sleep and didn't spend much time there, so it worked for me. I will be back. Thank you. RECOMMENDATION: anti-slip mat for the bathtub, as it was very slippery. ”

“Room was comfy, front desk was friendly and helpful! Pool was fun for the kids, but the bubbles in the hot tub wasn’t currently working, but thats ok. No ice machine on 2nd or 3rd floor, so getting ice was slightly a hassle!!!”

“I was check-in pretty late that night but the staff was very friendly and already prepare a room with the parking in front of the door, the room is clean and nice, comfortable bed, breakfast was good, the only problem I have is about the highway noise maybe the hotel is close to the highway, but it's not that big deal for me, other than that everything is perfect, very close to Fred Meyer, I can do something shopping before going back to hotel.”
