“We loved our stay at this VRBO! The property's location was ideal for our visit to the Ballard area, offering us easy access to the trails that lead to Shilshole Bay and the Chittenden Locks. The neighborhood is quiet and very walkable, with a great view of the bay right from the house. We also loved the private backyard—it was a perfect spot to relax after a long day of exploring. “We had a great visit. There are some nice restaurants and other places to visit within a short drive, bus or light rail ride. This VRBO is very nicely furnished and decorated. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen area is nicely set up.”

“This place was better than we expected ! We had 4 adults and 4 kids aged 5-13). Sooo much space, clean, nice bathrooms, game room and extra games were great! Felt just like a home away from home. Highly recommend !”

“We really enjoyed our stay at Phinneywood Basement Hideaway. We slept very well. The property was easy to access and the rental was well equipped with kitchen items for cooking at home, and had plenty of bathroom accessories (towels & toilet paper). It was well lit at night and best of all, it was very affordable for our six-day stay. We hope to be back!”
