“Although the space is compact it has everything except a kitchen sink, even a washer snd dryer. I was concerned parking on the street might be an issue but we were able to park right in front of the rental most of the time. With all the restaurants snd shopping in the area it is a great location in Sellwood. ”

“We had such a great time and kept marveling at how nice this property is. Clean, spacious, incredibly well-appointed kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, plenty of bathrooms, and a nice little backyard space. The commercial part of St. Johns is just a 12-minute walk away, where there are coffee shops, a vegan restaurant, a Korean restaurant, a cozy spot for handmade pasta, some bars, and a small movie theater. “Visiting Oregon for the wedding of one of our granddaughters, my wife and I stayed at the Granny Flat in Leafy SW Portland. The flat is located on a cul-de-sac, so traffic is minimal, and the location quiet even though the flat is just a few minutes from the freeway. “The property was so cute and the location was perfect for our needs. There were normal older-house noises (creaking wood, can faintly hear conversations upstairs), which are noted in the listing and remedied by the noise-reducing items for use (white noise machines, ear plugs, box fan)! I appreciated that coffee was available to make and the robe in the bathroom was a nice touch. Would definitely stay again! ”

“The property is located in a residential neighborhood which was perfect for our family of 4. The check in process was easy, Tang and Minh were super responsive to my request. The house was very clean, the beds comfortable and the kitchen well stocked with cooking items. Usually we have to buy a pan or knife, but it was not needed here. The hot water heats up quickly for showers. Great place, I would def stay again!”

“The "guest amenity fee" is annoying but overall our stay was great and the staff was amazing! We'd definitely stay here again.”

“My teen daughter, our dog, and I stayed here for a long weekend. It was exactly as described. The washer and dryer were a huge perk after long, very rainy hikes. I walked to the Washington High School dog park each morning, and stopped by Sweetpea across the street for pastries. Very nice. The street parking was no problem at all. ”
