“The best dwelling/building in the neighborhood is Marcus's unit ! Very clean. Well decorated and comfortable. Spacious. Lots of windows and natural light. It was perfect for meeting up with my adult daughters as a base for family time. ”

“The property is very homey, Tanya was wonderful and welcomed us with cookies and everything anyone could need, we didnt have to buy shampoos blankets towels or even sodas. She was extremely helpful and easy to get in touch with. I love the growing raspberries and blueberries, they were delicious. It was a great touch to an already beautiful and comfortable place. I look forward to staying here afain when family visits happen.”

“We had such a great time and kept marveling at how nice this property is. Clean, spacious, incredibly well-appointed kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, plenty of bathrooms, and a nice little backyard space. The commercial part of St. Johns is just a 12-minute walk away, where there are coffee shops, a vegan restaurant, a Korean restaurant, a cozy spot for handmade pasta, some bars, and a small movie theater. “Very clean, easy to get in and out. Only suggestion would be supplying small things like cooking spray, Saran Wrap, tin foil etc. otherwise very comfortable enjoyable house and neighborhood! Thank you. ”
