“This rental fit exactly what we needed. A good home base for beach activities. A great place to relax after a day out and about. We loved having a garage to park in. The house was clean and had all the amenities we needed.”

“We had a great time. The house was clean, the view was excellent, the neighborhood was quiet.A few suggestions: fix the fireplace. The weather was cloudy and rainy and a working fireplace would have been very welcome. Also a few homey touches would go a long way.”

“We had a wonderful quick trip to the ocean with our two adult children. Our daughter attends OSU and drove up to meet us. The house was perfect for us- so close to the beach and a lovely view!”

“Lovely home with distant view of the ocean. Just a note to those who have ambulatory issues: There are Many Stairs to reach the entry of home from the parking area below by the garage; and only one bedroom on entry level of home and that floor does not have a shower or bath tub. Also the 2 bathrooms upstairs do not have any safety bars in the bathrooms.”

“We gathered to celebrate my friends 50th birthday and knock off a bucket list item with him as well. The house was well situated, in a quiet residential neighbourhood right off the main drag with plenty of food and entertainment options. Felt safe the whole time we were there, parked my car out front and didn’t move it for three days. We spent much time on the back patio and enjoyed the beautiful spring air and many wonderful interactions with the neighbours. Great value in this place, would……

“Cute little cottage with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Took awhile to figure out how to work the heat as it was a very cold when we arrived, quite a bit of debris located under the carport which included nails, not really a safe space for dog to potty. Appears that the rates have increased as document at the property shows a lower price. Overall we were happy with the stay. ”

“Excellent location, comfortable, and easy access to the beach and downtown area. Wonderful that it was pet friendly too.Only knocking off a star for cleanliness due to lots of gross stuff under the couches and beds that our dog found.”

“Great stay. House had everything we needed and great location. Just steps from the beach. The only thing disappointed with is the door connecting master bedroom to bathroom was inoperable. ”

“House location was fantastic. The beach access is just a couple houses down and you can easily walk the beach to Haystack rock to check the tide pools, see the sunset, etc. Restaurants and grocery just down the road. ”

“What a pleasant surprise to be able to pull into the garage to unload all our things, bonus! Great access to the sand, gorgeous views of the beach and Haystack rock from a bank of windows, and a deck all along the side of the beach side of the house. Nice newer dishwasher. Thank you for the aluminum foil and plastic wrap because we forgot our own!! Honeycomb blinds upstairs, amenities in showers. Very clean rooms/bathrooms. Check-out was a breeze!Negatives (which are all easily fixable) would be……

“My family and I stayed here and had a good time. Parking was easy and it’s a quick drive into town to do things. The park across the street was enjoyable and the communication was great. Unfortunately the guests ahead of us must have caused some damage because we were informed just before our trip that the pull out bed was damaged and the layout had changed when we arrived. Not the hosts fault at all and they did let us know.”
