“We loved the animals and how peaceful it was there,The owner was very accommodating and nice. Highly recommend if I ever need to stay in the area again this would be my first pick ”

“Nice, but kinda worn. The front door lock doesn’t work…very hard to unlock/lock from outside. The bed in the small bedroom is uncomfortable. The shower in small bedroom bathroom is corroded and hard to regulate. The sink in small bathroom leaks in back top. Latches on screen doors and back gate are rusty. Otherwise, fine. ”

“Perfect small cabin for a relaxing getaway. Cabin is well kept and perfectly equipped. Sitting in a rocking chair on the deck and watching the river go by was a little slice of heaven. This is my second time visiting, and there will be more.”

“Location seemed good, close to downtown. We liked the trail it was on and having the river right there was pretty cool! Although we did like the room i dont think we would stay here again. The lighting in the room is very dim, even with all the lights turned on. The floor of the room was very dirty. I walked barefoot for like 5 minutes and my feet were black. There was dust on some fixtures. The bed is a little higher than normal, just so people know, and the bed was uncomfortable.”

“Overall, a very nice little place. Was much smaller than it appeared on the listing and a bit cramped with all the furniture in it, yet it met all of our needs for staying while we explored Oregon. The Blue Heron sanctuary was quite fascinating to listen to and we enjoyed hearing & watching the Eagle as well :) A lovely area! Communication with the owner was prompt and thorough and they even left us some information about the various areas we could explore being in Oregon for the first time. :) ”

“Comfortable, great little farm house with large garden to watch the sun doing down. Pool table! Tv with DVDs, very comfortable king bed in the master bedroom. Jo’s grocers across the road made it even better. Thanks for having us!”

“We stayed for four nights in May and had a good experience at this home. For the two of us, there was ample space and amenities on the first floor to get us satisfied. The kitchen had the basics we needed, and there was plenty of space to relax in the adjoining rooms. The neighboring homes are well setback. We didn't hear disturbances at night. The home did have a couple of quirks that took some getting used to. The first is that most of the rooms on the downstairs floor have a step or two……

“Good location, near a lot of things, with a good view. We came here with our dog, and saw they said no dogs near the pool, so we left him in his crate in the room. Apparently, he did bark a bit while we were gone. To which our neighbor reported us. The gal I talked to on the phone was nice and understanding.However she did let me know that their HOA policy says dogs are not allowed to be unattended in the room.Which does make it hard to use the amenities provided since dogs aren’t allowed there.……
